Disable IPv6 on Windows 7 ~ 8.1
Create
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters\DisabledComponents = 0xffffffff (DWORD:32b)
[edit - it also works for Windows 8 and 8.1]
