Wireshark as non-root user
When in Windows, you get the NPF service... in Ubuntu/Debian, you get:
apt-get install libcap2-bin
setcap 'CAP_NET_RAW+eip CAP_NET_ADMIN+eip' /usr/bin/dumpcap
